Upakar Laghubitta Concluded Lock-in Period for 4,20,000 Promoter Shareholder on 16th Magh

Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ULBSL) published a notice regarding the expiration of the lock-in period of its promoter shareholders which commenced on Baishakh 19, 2079, and expired on Magh 16, 2080.
As per the recent guidelines issued by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ULBSL) has officially provided notice to its investors and stakeholders on the conclusion of the lock-in period for the shares held by its promoter shareholders.
ULBSL has 1,061,482 units of shares listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Out of the total shares, the promoters have 4,20,000 units, which expired on Magh 16, 2080. Additionally, 2,21,156 units of IPO shares were issued to the general public.
The total paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 10.61 crores. ULBSL has 6,89,964 units of promoter shares listed in NEPSE recently after 61.75% of bonus shares in 1 year.
The shares of the promoters will be traded in the promoter category and will be different from public share price.
As outlined in the official notice, the shares held by the Board of Directors and employees at higher management won't be tradable after the lock-in period.
