Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Calls 11th AGM With These Agendas? When's the Book Closure?

Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (USLB) has called its 11th AGM on 28th Chaitra, 2082. The meeting will be held in the Asian Buddha Hotel, Rupandehi, Bhairahawa, starting at 10 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1. To discuss and approve the Annual Report for the fiscal year 2081/82 presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors.
2. To discuss and approve the balance sheet up to Ashad end 2082, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, and other financial statements, along with the auditor’s report for FY 2081/82.
3. To appoint an auditor for FY 2082/83 as per Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063, and Section 63 of the Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 2073, and to determine their remuneration.
4. To approve the appointment of one director from the promoter shareholding group.
5. To approve the proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the financial institution to restructure the shareholding pattern, maintaining 55.58 percent ownership for promoters and 44.42 percent for the general public.
6. To authorize the Board of Directors to carry out all necessary procedures related to merger or acquisition with other microfinance financial institutions.
7. Misc.

Chaitra 16 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
