Unnati Microfinance proposes 42.63% dividend; Paid-up capital to reach Rs 7.72 crore after adjustment of 40.50% bonus shares

Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (UMB) has proposed 42.63% dividend for its shareholders.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the microfinance company has proposed 40.50% bonus shares worth Rs 2.227 crore and 2.13% cash dividend for tax purpose for the FY 2074/75
The decision of the microfinance company is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
After the adjustment of the bonus shares, the paid-up capital will reach Rs 7.72 crore.
