Unnati Laghubitta and Sahakarya Laghubitta to start joint transaction after successful merger from Ashad 26, 2077

Unnati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (UMB) and Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (USLBSL) after the successful merger to commence its joint transaction in the name of Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

Publishing a notice today, the microfinance has informed that the joint transaction will begin from Ashad 26, 2077. Similarly, the registered head office will be located at Ward no 12, Siddharthanagar Nagarpalika, Rupandehi.

The swap ratio has been established at a ratio of 1:0.75.

Both the parties had signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding the merger of both the entities on Shrawan 9, 2076. Unnati Microfinance currently has branches in 15 districts while Sahakarya Laghubitta has established branches in 10 districts.
