Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) has introduced the Nischint Awas Yojana (Ghar Karja), a special home loan scheme offering loans up to 12 crore rupees at a fixed interest rate of 9.99% for a maximum period of 10 years.

This initiative targets affordable home construction and purchase through convenient installments. The scheme provides flexibility with interest rates set at 10.49% for 10 to 15 years and 10.99% for over 15 years. Global IME Bank ensures a quick and efficient loan process, promising approval within two working days upon submission of necessary documents.

The bank, with an extensive network of 356 branches across 77 districts, serves over 45 lakh customers. Notably, this limited-period scheme positions Global IME Bank as the first private commercial bank with branches in every district, contributing significantly to the economy through remittances from various countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and others.
