Unity promoters arrested
KATHMANDU, Sept 24 :
Police on Wednesday arrested Govinda Prasad Gyawali and L B Tondon -- the promoters of Unity Life International -- on fraud charges.
Police had issued warrant against the promoters of Unity following the verdict of Lalitpur District Court, according to Metropolitan Police Crime Division.
The court had slapped a penalty of Rs 10.6 million each and three-year jail term on Unity promoters on March 31.
