United Modi to endorse 5% cash dividend from AGM on Poush 12

United Modi Hydropower Company Limited (UMHL) will be convening its AGM on Poush 12, 2075. The AGM will be convened in the premises of United World Trade Centre Hall, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu.

The agendas of meeting include:

  1. Endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75
  2. Appointment statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76
  3. To approve 5% cash dividend worth Rs 5.75 crore for the FY 2074/75

The share capital of UMHL stands at Rs 1.15 arba with Rs 11.33 crore in reserve and surplus. UMHL’s earnings per share (EPS) stands at Rs 3.66 and its net worth per share is at Rs 109.39 as per the first quarter report.
