United Modi maintains its dividend distribution rate; Proposes 5% cash dividend for the FY 2074/75

United Modi Hydropower Limited (UMHL) has proposed 5% cash dividend for its shareholders.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the hydropower company has proposed 5% cash dividend worth Rs 5.75 crore for the FY 2074/75.
The decision of the BOD of the hydropower company is subject to approval from the upcoming AGM of the company.
For the FY 2073/74 too, the company had distributed 5% cash dividend for its shareholders.
