United Modi Hydropower Limited (UMHL) has proposed a 7.368% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 29 has decided to distribute 7% bonus shares and a 0.368% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.15 Arba, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 8,05,00,000 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 42,32,000.
The dividend will be distributed only after endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, UMHL has the last trading day's closing at Rs. 271.
