United Modi Hydropower (UMHL) Calls AGM With These Agendas

United Modi Hydropower Limited (UMHL) has called its AGM on 26th Falgun, 2078. The meeting will be streamed virtually starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
4) Election of 2 board members from public shareholders, one will be a female.
5) Addition of company's objectives.
6) Misc.

Falgun 05 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.
