United Modi Hydropower (UMHL) calls AGM on Poush 22; When's the book closure for the dividend?

United Modi Hydropower Limited (UMHL) has called its AGM for FY 2076/77 on Poush 22, i.e. January 06.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 25 has decided to conduct the AGM virtually that day, starting from 11 am. Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse a 5.263% cash dividend totaling Rs. 6,05,26,315.08.
The book closure date is declared on Poush 05. Thus, investors maintained before Poush 05 are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Poush 05 to Poush 09.
As of writing, UMHL has the last day closing at Rs. 157.
