United Insurance successfully convenes 25th AGM for the FY 2074-75; board receive full authority to carry out the merger activities

United Insurance Company Nepal has convened its 25th AGM for the FY 2074-75 on Kartik 26, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chairman Mr. Bharat Bahadur Karki. The AGM has appointed Madan Niraula and Company as company’s auditor for the current fiscal year.
The AGM has amended the company’s bylaws after which the board will now consist of 7 members and the board will receive full authority to carry out the merger activities with other non-life insurance institutions.
