United Insurance reshuffles its board; brings Mr. Bharat Bahadur Karki to replace Mr. Udaya Krishnaa Upadhaya as new chairman

United Insurance, through its board meeting, held on Bhadra 9, 2076, has appointed Mr. Bharat Bahadur Karki as the BoD and the chairman of the insurance company thereby replacing Mr. Udaya Krishna Upadhaya. The recent reshuffle came after the promoter NE Group decided to replace Mr. Upadhya with Mr. Karki.

Newly appointed chairman Mr. Karki has received his oath of designation and secrecy with chairman of the Insurance Board Mr. Chiranjibi Chapagain, as per the media statement.
