United Insurance Company Nepal convenes its 29th AGM; clears way for 5% bonus shares for its shareholders

United Insurance Company convened its 29th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman on Poush 27, 2079.
Apart from regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 5% bonus shares worth Rs 5.14 crore and a cash dividend of 0.26% worth Rs 27.05 lakh for taxation purposes, as per the media statement.
The company had earned Rs 1.56 arba in insurance premiums during the previous fiscal year, earned Rs 15.83 crore in net profit, and demonstrated exciting growth in different major indicators during the review period, as per the media statement.
