United Insurance Company and Ajod Insurance Company to go under merger; new institution to be named United Ajod Insurance
United Insurance Company and Ajod Insurance Company have entered into a MoU for a merging with one another on Poush 27, 2079.
The MoU was signed between the coordinator of United Insurance Company merger committee Mr. Rabindra Raj Pant and the coordinator of merger committee in Ajod Insurance Mr. Chiranjeevi Dawa amid a program.
The revamped institution will be called United Ajod Insurance following the merger, as per the media statement.
