United Idi-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Limited (UMRH) has proposed a 5.26% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The company has proposed a 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 2.30 crores and 0.26% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 11.98 lakhs for the fiscal year 2081/82. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 46.08 Crores.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company's AGM.
As of writing, UMRH has an LTP of Rs. 565.90.
