United Idi-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Distributed 10.526% Cash Dividend Directly to Shareholders Bank Account

United Idi-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Limited (UMRH) distributed 10.526% cash dividends directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders on 18th Poush and has urged them to dematerialize their shares.
The company convened its 13th AGM for the FY 2078/79 on 28th Mangsir, 2079. The company endorsed a 10.526% cash dividend worth Rs. 4,42,10,526 from the paid-up capital of Rs. 42 Crores. The same cash dividend is now being deposited.
Therefore, shareholders who haven't yet dematerialized their shares or haven't updated their bank information in the Demat account are requested to do so in order to receive the dividend.
Also, if eligible investors had taken a loan against the shares of the company before the book closure date should present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution in order to receive the dividend.
