United IDI Mardi allots its shares to project-affected locals of Machhapuchchhre Gaupalika of Kaski; issue received application only for 1.79 lakh unit shares from 255 applicants

United IDI-Mardi and R.B. Hydro has allotted its IPO shares that was issued to the project affected individuals of select wards of Machhapuchchhre gaupalika in Kaski district.

The issue had received a total application for 1.79  lakh unit shares from 255 applicants. After the due procedure, all validly applied 1.79 lakh unit shares were allotted on Kartik 17, 2077, as per the media statement.

United IDI Mardi and RB Hydropower Company Limited have issued 4,20,000 units IPO shares to the project affected locals of Machhapuchhre VDC (Ward no. 8 and 9) of Kaski District.

The issue was managed by Global IME Capital and had Machhapuchchhre Capital as share underwriter, as per the media statement.
