United Finance proposes 10.526% dividend; 3% bonus and 7.526% cash dividend

United Finance (UFL) has proposed 10.526% dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76 and reserve fund.
The 240th Board Meeting held on Mangsir 17, 2076 has decided to propose the following dividend:
Bonus shares: 3% from the reserve fund of the finance company
Cash dividend: 7.526% including tax amount from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76
Total: 10.526%
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company.
The finance company currently has 15 branches under its network and is opening 7 new branches from Mangsir 20, 2076, as per the media statement.
