United finance profit rises by 70.66% in Q4; India's Muthoot Finance has bought 20.78% ownership in finance

According to the unaudited financial report published by the finance company today, United Finance Limited (UFL)’s net profit has increased by an outstanding 70.66% to Rs 10.94 crore till the fourth quarter of FY 2075/76 which was Rs 6.41 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
UFL’s net interest income has increased to Rs 31.20 crore in Q4 as compared to Rs 22.72 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year.
As of Q4, it has a paid up capital of Rs 1.01 arba with a reserve of Rs 48.21 crore. India’s Muthoot Finance has bought 20.78% ownership of United Finance Limited at Rs 190 (including premium of Rs 90) which yield's Rs 18.90 crore premium income for United Finance .
The finance also collected deposits of Rs 6.55 arba till Q4 which increased from Rs 5.99 arba in the corresponding period last year. Likewise, it has extended loans and advances of Rs 6.08 arba in Q4 whereas in the same period last year, the figure stood at Rs 5.31 arba.
UFL’s Earnings per Share (EPS) is Rs 10.83 per share. The finance company’s net worth per share stands at Rs 147.72 and PE stands at 17.72 times.
