United Finance discloses 15% stock dividend

United Finance Limited (UFL) has decided to distribute 15 percent bonus share and 0.79 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders. The BOD meeting of the company held on Bhadra 28, 2072 has proposed 15 % bonus share and 0.79 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders. The decision is subjected to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Last year too, United Finance had distributed 15 percent bonus share to their shareholders. UFL has earned Rs 9.09 crore in the fourth quarter of last fiscal year 2071/72 as per unaudited report.
