Unique Nepal Laghubitta declares 2nd AGM on Poush 10: Company in merger with Ghodighoda Laghubitta listed in NEPSE

Unique Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has declared its 2nd AGM on Poush 10, i.e. December 25.
The 37th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 11 to conduct the 2nd AGM virtually via Zoom that day. The meeting will commence at 10:45 that day.
Among other proposals, the AGM will propose the conversion of call-in-advance to right shares. The AGM will also provide authority to the board for merger/acquisition. Furthermore, the meeting will endorse the selection of board members.
Ghodighoda Laghubitta and Unique Nepal Laghubitta have signed the merger agreement with each other. While Unique Nepal Laghubitta isn't a public company, Ghodighoda Laghubitta is listed in NEPSE.
Ghodighoda Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha headquartered at Belauri Municipality - 04, Kanchanpur was established on Ashad 03, 2073. The company reported profits of Rs. 18 lakhs till the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2076/77. Meanwhile, Unique Nepal Laghubitta posted a net profit of Rs. 4.05 crores in the same quarter of the same fiscal year.
