Unique Nepal Laghubitta and Buddha Jyoti Laghubitta next in line for merger; IPO to be floated post-merger

Unique Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha and Buddha Jyoti Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha have agreed to go for merger and acquisition amidst a program held on Poush 20, 2076.

Unique Nepal and Buddha Jyoti currently located at Banke and Rupandehi respectively have agreed the name of the merged entity will be Unique Nepal Laghubitta and the central office will be located at Kohalpur, Banke. Similarly, the swap ratio of the merger will be based on the Due Diligence Report.

Currently, Unique Nepal's paid-up capital is Rs 9.53 crore while that of Buddha Jyoti is Rs 1.20 crore.

Both the microfinance companies haven't issued an IPO yet. Therefore, the IPO will be floated after the completion of the merger.
