Unique Finance Limited (UFL) has decided to distribute 7 percent bonus share and 0.0368 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders. The 96th BOD Meeting of Unique Finance Limited held on Ashwin 1, 2072 has proposed distribution of 7% Bonus Shares and 0.0368% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders. The decision is subjected to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Last year, Unique Finance had provided 11.5 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2070/71. The Finance has earned net profit of Rs 2.21 crore in its fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72. Similarly, The 290th meeting of Mahalaxmi Finance Limited (MFL) held on Ashwin 1, has proposed distribution of 15% bonus shares and 0.79% cash dividend for tax purpose to their shareholders. The decision is subjected to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Mahalaxmi Finance has earned net profit of Rs 8.71 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year.
