Union Life Insurance convenes 2nd AGM; endorses decision to speed up IPO issuance of Rs 64.50 crore

Union Life Insurance has convened its 2nd AGM on Poush 4, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Sulav Agrawal. The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports of the previous fiscal year.
The AGM also decides to take forward the IPO issuance process under which the new life insurance company will issue Rs 64.50 crore worth of IPO shares to the general public.
