Union Life Insurance Company to convene second AGM on Posh 4, 2076 at the registered office of the company

The 41st BOD meeting of Union Life Insurance Company Limited has decided that the 2nd AGM of the company will be held on Poush 4, 2076 (December 20, 2019) at the registered office of the company in Siddhartha Nagar, Rupandehi from 10 AM onwards.
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 74/75 and to appoint statutory auditor for FY 75/76.
The paid up capital of the company stood at Rs.1.50 Arba. The reserves stand at Rs.16.96 Crore while the life insurance fund stands at Rs.2.12 Arba, as of the end of fourth quarter of FY 75/76.
