Union Life Insurance Company Limited has called its 3rd AGM on 11th Jestha, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company's registered office in Rupandehi, starting at 10 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports and annual reports for the fiscal year 2075/76.
2) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2076/77 and approval of their compensation.
