Union Finance Limited gets new head

KATHMANDU, JULY 31:
Union Finance Ltd (UFL) has excepted resignation of its chairman and director Surendra Malla from the post. A board meeting has appointed Tej Bajra Bajracharya as new chairman of board, apart from reappointment of Bhakta Bahadur Malla, Rabindra Bahadur Malla and Ram Prasad Joshi as directors. It has also reappointed Rameshwor Bhattarai, Bijaya Ratna Bajracharya and Major General (Retd) Shiv Ram
Pradhan as directors representing public shareholders.
