Unilever Nepal to distribute 700% cash dividend; harshly decreases from 1270% in the FY 2073/74

Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) has announced 700% cash dividend for its shareholders for the FY 2074/75.

As per the notice published in NEPSE, the BOD has recommended the distribution of Rs 700 per shares as cash dividend out of the profit available for appropriation.

The decision is subject to approval from the upcoming AGM in the company scheduled on 23^rd October, 2018.

Unilever Nepal’s net profit had increased to Rs 99.94 crore in the fourth quarter of FY 2074/75 with EPS of Rs 318.

The company’s dividend has decreased when compared to the dividend of FY 2073/74 as the dividend for FY 2073/74 was 1270% which has now declined to 700%.
