Unclaimed promoter, ordinary shares bidding of Alliance Insurance to close today

Today is the last day to get the hold of 27,410 units of promoter and ordinary shares of the Alliance Insurance Company Ltd.
 
Alliance Insurance is selling its unclaimed 7,008 unit promoter right shares and 20,402 unit ordinary rights shares through auction.

The insurance company has fixed Rs 188 and Rs 375 as the minimum bidding price for per unit of promoter and ordinary share respectively. The last trading price of ordinary shares of the Alliance Insurance was RS 401.  

The interested bidders have to apply for a minimum of 100 units to take part in the auction.
The biding will be opened tomorrow, according to the company.
