Two more microfinances going into merger; Aarambha and Chautari join hands

The two microfinance institutes Aarambha and Chautari Microfinance Institutes have decided to go on merger post their enlistment in NEPSE. Both microfinance institutes signed an agreement on Wednesday and decided the swap ratio to be 1:1. Aarambha Microfinance Institute’s paid up capital is Rs 6 crore and that of Chautari Microfinance is Rs 78 crore 60 lakhs.

The CEO will be appointed from Chautari Laghubitta whereas Deuty CEO will be from Aaarambha Microfinance. The name of the company post-merger will be Chautari Aarambha Laghubitta.
