Two IPO Shares Make Their Debut Today; Investors Scrambling to Grab a Piece of the Sure-Profit Stocks

The IPO shares of Greenlife Hydropower Limited and Mahila Laghubitta have traded in NEPSE for the first time today.

The IPO allotment of Greenlife Hydropower Limited recently concluded. Greenlife Hydropower Limited issued 4,96,400 units worth Rs 34.96 crore as Initial Public Offering to the general public from (Magh 23- Magh 27, 2077).

The opening range for the first transaction was set from Rs. 99.67 to Rs. 299.01. The shares opened at the upper limit of Rs. 299 under the ticker symbol GLH. As of writing, GLH has gained 9.7% and has an LTP of Rs. 328.

Similarly, Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited had issued 4,00,000 units worth Rs 4 crore as Initial Public Offering to the general public from (Magh 30- Falgun 5, 2077).

The opening range for the first transaction was set from Rs. 313.16 to Rs. 939.48. The stock opened at Rs. 438. Although an astounding number of buy orders are piling on the TMS, the stock is having difficulty trading since there are virtually no sellers.
