Trading of Western Development Bank’s shares resumes in the stock market; Trading resumes after suspension of more than 1 year

The trading of Western Development Bank Limited (WDBL) has been resumed in the secondary market.

The trading of the shares of the development bank had been suspended due to its merger process with Namaste Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

The paid-up capital of the company stood at Rs 42.93 crore as per its financial report as per the third quarter of the current fiscal year which will be Rs 50 crore after the adjustment of the bonus shares.

The last recorded traded price of the stock stands at Rs 318 as on Chaitra 24, 2073. After the adjustment of the 17.41% bonus shares from the profit of fiscal year 2073/74, its price stands at Rs 271 in the secondary market.
