Trading of Naya Nepal Laghubitta halted in NEPSE; Merger deal signed with Sarathi Laghubitta

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has halted the transaction of Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (NNLB) from Magh 21, 2076.
NNLB has signed an agreement for merger and acquisition with Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. After the signing the trading of NNLB has been halted in NEPSE. Similarly, Sarathi Laghubitta isn't listed in NEPSE yet.
