Trading of Crystal Finance suspended in NEPSE; Company to be acquired by Samriddhi Finance

Samriddhi Finance and Crystal Finance have entered the merger and acquisition deal by signing the MoU on Mangsir 12, 2076.
Therefore according to the rules, the trading of Crystal Finance has been suspended in NEPSE.
Earlier on 16th and 17th AGM of World Merchant Banking and Finance Limited (WMBF), the name of the company has been changed to Samriddhi Finance Limited.
This decision has been approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank and Company Registrars’ Office through a letter received on Ashwin 14, 2076.
