Trade Tower Limited to Issue 11,58,980 Shares Via IPO

Trade Tower Limited is floating an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 11,58,980 units shares amounting to NPR. 11,58,98,000.

Laxmi Capital Market Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO.

Established in 2067 B.S., Trade Tower Limited is involved in businesses such as Hotels & Hospitality, Lodging & Financing, Construction, and various other investments. Completed projects under Trade Tower Limited are Trade Tower Thapathali and Janata Residency Bhaisepati.

Another project, Trade Tower Gaushala is under construction and is projected to be completed within 2.5 years.

The issue manager agreement was signed between Executive Chairman of Trade Tower Limited, Mr. Shiva Hari Dangal & Chief Executive Officer of Laxmi Capital Market Limited, Mr. Rajiv Sapkota.
