Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to grab dividend of Prabhu Insurance; book closure on Magh 10

Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to grab dividend of Prabhu Insurance Company Limited (PRIN). The company is convening its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Magh 24, 2076. The register of their shareholders will be closed from Magh 10, 2076 for the purpose of its AGM. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date, i.e. Magh 9 will be eligible for dividend and participate on AGM.

The AGM is going to be held at Prabhu Complex, Tinkune Kathmandu at 10:00 AM onwards. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 5% bonus share and 11.32% cash dividend (including cash for tax purpose). 
• To endorse the audited financial highlights for FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77.
• To amend article of association and memorandum of association.
