Tinau Mission Development Bank calls SGM to amend changes in shareholding ratio

Tinau Mission Development Bank Limited (TMDBL) has announced an SGM on Mangsir 07, i.e. November 22.

The SGM will be held in the meeting hall of the company's central hall, starting from 1 p.m. that day. Because of the ongoing pandemic, only a limited number of investors can attend the SGM physically. Others will get access credentials to live virtual streaming. Investors willing to participate can request access ID and passcode by filling a form available on the company's website.

The main agenda is to discuss the update in the company's management letter. The 12% bonus shares were distributed on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1,14,41,68,125.76 maintained by Tinau Bikas Bank and Mission Development Bank. The promoter to public shareholding was 60.57:39.43.

After the bonus share distribution and acquisition of Nepal Community Development Bank, the promoter to public shareholding was changed to 63.33:36.67. This SGM is called to discuss these very changes and amend the company's management letter, among agendas.
