Tinau Mission Dev. Bank to convene AGM on Ashad 25; AGM to endorse agendas of 12% bonus and 3:1 right shares

Tinau Mission Development Bank Limited (TMDBL) will be convening its AGM on Ashad 25, 2077. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Siddhartha Cottage Restaurant, Milan Chowk, Butwal, Rupandehi at 11:30 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

• Endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2075/76 and appointment of auditors for FY 2076/77.
• To provide approval to the proposed 12% bonus shares worth Rs 13.73 crore on existing paid up capital of Rs 1.1441 arba.
• To approve agenda to issue 3:1 right share on paid-up capital after bonus shares.
• To elect 4 directors from promoter shareholders group and 2 directors from public shareholders group.

The total paid up capital of the company after this bonus share will be Rs 1.281 arba. And after the proposed right share, it will be Rs 1.70 arba.
