Three Star Hydropower Calls AGM on 23rd Baisakh; To Discuss Right Shares Related Agenda

Three Star Hydropower Limited (TSHL) has declared its AGM on 23rd Baisakh, 2081. The meeting will be held in the German Homes, Gatthaghar, Bhaktapur, starting at 11:00 AM.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of the annual report of the company
2) Endorse the auditor's report of 2079/080 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) Regarding the formation of the Board of Directors.
5) To elect 4 directors from public shareholding groups.
6) Miscellaneous.
Among the other agendas, there is an agenda regarding the issuance of right shares.
7th Baishakh 2081 is the book closure date. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend this AGM.
