20,00,000 units of 8.5% Laxmi Bank Debenture 2088 (LBLD88) are now listed in NEPSE.
Laxmi Bank Limited recently concluded the debenture issue of the "8.5% Laxmi Bank Debenture 2088". The issue had opened on 28th Ashar
20,00,000 units were issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 8 lakh units were issued to the general public while 12 lakh units were to be subscribed via private placement. The quota for the general public also included a 5% allocation for mutual funds.
As the name suggests, the "8.5% Laxmi Bank Debenture 2088" has a maturity period of 10 years and will mature in the year 2088 BS. The debenture will yield an annual return of 8.5% to unitholders.
Similarly, 12,50,000 units of 8.75% Muktinath Debenture 2084/85 of Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited have also been listed in NEPSE.
The issue opened on 7th Shrawan and closed on 11th Shrawan, 2078, at the end of banking hours. 12,50,000 units were issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 7.5 lakh units were to be subscribed via private placement and 5 lakh units were opened for the public issue, including the 5% quota for mutual funds. The general public was allotted according to demand and private placement was made proportionately.
"8.75% Muktinath Debenture/Rinpatra 2084/85" is a debenture issued by Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL). As the name suggests, the debenture has a maturity period of 7 years and will yield an 8.75% annual return to unitholders.
