Terhathum Power Company (TPC) Calls AGM With These Agendas

Terhathum Power Company Limited (TPC) has called its 4th AGM on 28th Poush, 2078. The meeting will be held in Hotel Hardik, Bagbazar, Kathmandu, starting at 9 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
4) Election/ Appointment of Board Members
5) Misc.

Poush 05 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM. The ordinary shares of TPC closed at Rs. 445 yesterday.
