Terhathum Power Company appoints Nabil Investment Banking as issue manager to float its 100% right shares

Terhathum Power Company has appointed Nabil Investment Banking as the issue manager for the issuance of its right shares to the existing shareholders.
The company is floating its shares in the ratio of 1:1. The MoU was signed between MD of the hydro company Mr. Mohan Kumar Dangi and CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Manish Narayan Joshi, as per the media statement.
