Terhathum Power Company announces second AGM on Shrawan 32, 2076; endorsement of decision to issue IPO among other agendas

The BOD meeting of Terhathum Power Company Limited has decided that the 2nd AGM of the company will be held on 32nd Shrawan, 2076 (17th August, 2019) at Hardik Hotel, Baghbazar from 9 AM onwards.
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse the audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appoint auditor for FY 76/77. The AGM will also endorse decision of the company to go public through IPO issuance.
