Tele Talk Opens New POCO Service Center in Sanepa

Tele Talk Pvt. Ltd., a Ramesh Corp entity, has officially launched a new POCO Service Center at Ramesh Complex in Sanepa, Kathmandu.

The center will provide authorized after-sales services and technical support for POCO smartphones and related devices. Equipped with trained technicians, advanced diagnostic systems, and quality spare parts, the facility aims to deliver fast and reliable customer support.

Customers can access services including repairs, warranty claims, software support, maintenance, and technical consultation. Executive Director Sanjay Agrawal said the company is committed to strengthening POCO’s after-sales support network and enhancing customer service accessibility across the Kathmandu Valley.
