Team Ventures Enters Hospitality Sector with Soaltee Westend Itahari Investment

Team Ventures, a leading private equity and venture capital firm, has made its first investment in Nepal’s hospitality sector by acquiring a 27% stake in Hotel Garima Limited, owner of Soaltee Westend Itahari. The five-star hotel, located in eastern Nepal’s emerging commercial hub, operates under Nepal’s first international hotel chain, Soaltee Hotels & Resorts.

The investment aims to support the hotel’s expansion, strengthen governance, and enhance institutional capacity. Team Ventures will play an active role beyond capital, leveraging its sectoral and hospitality expertise to foster professional growth.
