Tata kicks off Mega Service Camp in its 12 different service centers; vehicle owners to receive complete package for their Tata vehicles
Sipradi Trading Pvt Ltd, the authorised dealer of Tata Motors, has started a "Mega Service Camp" in its 12 different service centers across the country. The three-day camp was jointly inaugurated by Head of the International Business (Passenger Vehicle Unit), Mayank Baldi; CEO of Sipradi, Rajanbabu Shrestha; Country Manager (Nepal and Bhutan) of Tata Motors, Ajit Narayan Singh; COO of Sipradi, Rajesh Prasad Giri and Vice President of Sipradi Kumar Bhandari, Saurav Raj Thapaliya at a program held today at Bagdole in Lalitpur.
The related senior officials present at the program held at Bagdole in Lalitpur were welcomed by Manager of the Regional Customer Care (South Asia) of Tata Motors, Randhir Kumar Choudhary and Head of Customer Care (Passenger Vehicle Unit) of Sipradi, Kumar Bhandari.
Among these centers, 3 are located inside the Kathmandu Valley at Bagdole, Balkumari, and Soalteemode. Similarly, the other 9 are situated outside the Valley in places like Pokhara, Itahari, Mechi, Birgunj, Dhalkebar, Hetauda Sarra, Dhangadhi, and Nepalgunj.
During the camp, there are facilities like check-ups, repair, and maintenance of all vehicles of the Tata brand belonging to the passenger category. The very facilities are being provided to our customers along with other attractive offers/benefits.
