Taragaon Regency to convene AGM on Poush 29; Major agenda to approve 12% cash dividend

Taragaon Regency Hotels (TRH) will be convening its 23rd AGM on Poush 29, 2076 at Nepal Pragya-Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu from 11:30 AM onwards.
The Board Meeting held on Mangsir 23, 2076 has decided on the following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report for 2075/76 of the BOD.
- Approval of the audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of the auditor for 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
- Approval of 12% cash dividend including tax amount.
The book closure is on Poush 08, 2076. Therefore, shareholders maintained on Poush 07, 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim dividend.
