Taragaon Regency Hotels (TRH) calls AGM; When's the Book Closure for Dividend?

Taragaon Regency Hotels Limited (TRH) has called its 24th AGM on Falgun 14, 2077. The AGM will be held in the company's registered office in Bouddha, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend proposed for the fiscal year 2076/77. The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 23 has decided to distribute 10% of the paid-up capital as cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1,88,66,54,000, the cash dividend is worth Rs. 18,86,65,400.
The book closure date is announced on Magh 30. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend and can also attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Magh 30 to Falgun 14. As of writing, the LTP of the company stands at Rs. 360.
