Taragaon Regency Hotels to convene its 22nd AGM on Jestha 24; to endorse 12.631% cash dividend

Taragaon Regency Hotels Limited (TRH) will be conducting its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Jestha 24, 2076 at 11 AM. The AGM is being held at Nepal Pragya Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The main agendas of the AGM is to endorse 12.631% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 23.83 crore to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2074/75.
The book closure for the AGM has been set from Jestha 3, 2076. Thus, shareholders owning their shares till Jestha 2, 2076 are entitled for proposed dividends and for participation in the AGM.
TRH’s current paid up capital stands at Rs 1.88 arba with Rs 63.50 crore in the reserve. It had earned Rs 21.38 crore till the end of second quarter of the fiscal year 2075/76.
